About the Jewelry

All of our pendants are lightweight and very comfortable for everyday wear.  
J Woods Jewelry is a trendy and unique way to show off the people, places, or even pets that you love.

All of our pieces are handmade from ceramic clay, carefully sanded, fired 
to over 2000 degrees, and finished with the highest quality sterling silver clasps.  The picture actually burns into the clay.  Each pendant has a smooth texture and durable finish.  

Other photograph jewelry is made from low fire clay that bakes in a kitchen oven.  The picture is then glued onto the top of pendant.   Another style of photo jewelry will put a small copy of your picture into a pendant frame and then cover it with liquid substance that hardens.  All of these items can be purchased at your local hobby supply store and made in your own home.
